Typical New York burger joint meets the playful colors of Miami in the Paris New York (PNY) restaurant located in Le Marais, Paris.
Cut Architecture, also based in Paris, designed the new restaurant, third in the popular chain, to resemble the beach lifestyle made so popular by visitors to the famous Florida tourist attraction. American diner booths combined with beach huts share the design stage with exposed brick walls and pastel interior colors that speak fun!
Visitors also enjoy something that’s a little bit quirky too – toilets with neon lights that take selfies and Instagram to a whole new level….they even have their own hashtag: #penn_n_why!
About Cut Architecture
Founders Benjamin Clarens and Yann Martin opened the interior design/architectural practice in 2008. They dedicate their talent and skills to versatile projects that bring fresh, bold ideas to furniture design, urban planning, art installations and more. In fact, their firm received the “Europe 40 under 40” award in 2014.
We think the bright color, cactus plants and color scheme really do bring the Florida beach scene to an American burger restaurant in the heart of Paris. Take a look at the pictures below to see why.
